In Island County, there are many ways to help a child in foster care.

Share your time, talent and heart as a Kids First Team Member.

Consider becoming a Licensed Foster Parent.

or

Provide occasional (Respite) childcare for current foster parents.

Serve as a mentor for a child in need with Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Island County.

Contact local and state representatives to let them know that improving outcomes for youth in foster care is a priority matter in Island County (www.leg.wa.gov)
